recalls that the five-member panel of the tribunal had, on Wednesday, unanimously dismissed the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, challenging Buhari’s election.
“To God be the glory. The people’s voice was validated by the tribunal. So, we wish the PDP best of luck in the next election,” he said.
He said that the petition brought to the tribunal by the PDP was faulty ab initio, having been based on a server that never existed.
“The Supreme Court had already dismissed the existence of an INEC server in a suit filed by Atiku. The petition at the tribunal was based on the same server which the court declared non-existent,” he said.
Olatunde congratulated Buhari and Nigerians on the victory at the tribunal, saying it was well deserved.
