Lagos, Feb. 12, 2019 (NNN) The 4th largest smartphone brand in the world, OPPO Mobile, has promised to be consistent, truthful and transparent in all its dealings in the Nigerian market and with the media.“We are conscious of the socio-economic impact that the brand will have on the Nigerian market,’’ the company’s Marketing Director, Lily Wang, said in a statement on Tuesday in Lagos.
The statement indicated that OPPO had organised a successful Media Hangout on Feb. 9, with over 30 journalists from the print, television, radio and online blogs in attendance.
It said that the company’s Public Relations Manager, Joseph Adeola used the event to introduce OPPO Mobile to the media, while explaining the global outlook of the company.
He also exposed the press to OPPO Mobile’s global operating model, success stories and the entry strategy into the African market.
It added that the Marketing Manager of OPPO Mobile Nigeria, Nengi Akinola, spoke on the global collateral of the OPPO brand and how they intend to bring the same to the Nigerian market.
