Ogungbemi, who lives at Kola area of Lagos,is charged with indecent treatment of a child.
The Prosecution Counsel, ASP Ezekiel Ayorinde, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Aug 31 at his residence,
He said that the defendant sexually assaulted two sisters, aged nine and five.
Ayorinde said that the mother of the minors reported the case and the defendant was arrested,.
The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of Section 135 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
Nigeria News Agency reports that the section prescribes seven years jail term for indecent treatment of a child.
Following his plea of not guilty, Magistrate B.O Osunsanmi, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum 0f N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Osunsanmi ordered that the sureties must be gainfully employed and show evidences of two years tax payment to the Lagos State Government.
She adjourned the case until Nov. 30 for treatment.
