Crime Busters Football Club of Enugu on Friday defeated Udala Football Club of Akwa 2-1 in the ongoing Nationwide League One match played in Enugu.

A goal each from Chidi Nwite in the 15th minute and Alex Ogbodo in the 58th minute was all the home team used to defeat Udala FC.

Ugochukwu Onah scored late in the match to make it 2-1 for the visitors.

Speaking after the match, Udala FC Coach Emmanuel Ugwuogbu, expressed dismay over the officiating of the match.

“The game has been won and lost but let me say that the referee was biased and that was what killed Nigerian football.

“As for qualifying to Pro-League, I am seeing myself there because we have to finish the job at home,’’ he said.

In his reaction, Crime Busters Team Manager Ebere Amaraizu, refused to join issues with the visitors’ coach.

Amaraizu said that the players did what they were expected to do by winning the match.
