The management of Osun United Football Club has screened five of the coaches who applied for the position of the club’s head coach, following the exit of head coach Samson Unuanel.

This is contained in a statement issued by the club’s Media Officer and made available to the Nigeria News Agency on Tuesday in Osogbo.

The following persons were screened for the job, comprising ex-international Bright Omokaro, and former handlers of the team, Bayo Adesina and Sina Afolabi.

The immediate-past coach of Ekiti United, Agbana Ademola, and former Kwara United Technical Adviser, Tunde Sanni, were also screened by the club management.

The media officer said the screening of the applicants was based on several criteria, such as technical expertise, experience, achievements, among others.

He said the five coaches, during the screening, displayed high level of professionalism and technical acumen to take up the coaching job.
