Ebuka is charged with criminal force, assault, criminal intimidation and constituting public nuisance.
The Prosecution Counsel, Mahmud Lawal, told the court that one Muhammed, who lives in Kabusa, reported the case at the Police Station.
Lawal alleged that the defendant, with one other, asked the motorcycle rider to take them to the Kabusa Park and refused to pay him for his service.
He further alleged that the defendant and his accomplice, engaged the bike rider in a fight, using sticks to hit him on the head.
The offence, he added, contravened the provisions of sections 96,241,265,398 and 183 of the Penal Code Law.
After the charge was read to the defendant, he pleaded not guilty.
The Judge, Ibrahim Kagarko, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N200,000 and adjourned case until Aug. 8 for hearing.
