The commissioner told newsmen in Ilorin on Wednesday, on the sidelines of the organisation of a post COVID-19 potentials of breaking new grounds using tourism as growth drivers.

According to her, Kwara already has a framework for tourism in the state with the emergence of COVID-19, but presently not at the forefronts.

She however said that the state is looking ahead towards post COVID-19 to enhance the tourism industry and explore the rich cultural heritage of the state as a whole.

“Kwara can replicate Calabar Carnival festival because we are strategically located and blessed with abundant tourist attractions.
